46 KCP militants lay down arms in Manipur, join peace and rehabilitation drive

The homecoming took place under the Revised Surrender-cum-Rehabilitation Policy, 2018, which states that each surrendered cadre would be provided a monthly stipend of up to Rs 6,000 for 36 months.
