60-Year-Old Woman Crushed Under BEST Wet-Lease Bus Tyre In Worli After Alighting From Taxi At Signal

A 60-year-old woman Vanmala R. Sabale died after coming into contact with the left rear tyre of a BEST wet-lease bus at Worli’s ST Office traffic signal on Monday. Officials said the bus moved after the signal turned green while she was alighting from a taxi beside it. She suffered severe head injuries and was declared dead at Nair Hospital.
