Bombay HC Directs FDA To Promptly Revoke Licence Suspensions Once Deficiencies Are Rectified

The Bombay High Court has directed the FDA to promptly revoke licence suspension or cancellation orders once establishments rectify identified deficiencies. The court said continued inaction can cause financial losses, affect employees and disrupt supply chains, and called such avoidable litigation an unnecessary burden on businesses and the judiciary.
