Bombay HC Slams Thane Restaurant Over Analog Paneer Use, Says Customers Have Right To Know What They Eat

Bombay High Court criticised Udupi Swaad Restaurant in Thane after the FDA suspended its licence for using banned analog paneer. The court said the eatery must suffer for misleading customers and rejected its request to treat the suspension as an improvement notice. The matter was posted for further hearing on September 7 after FDA response.
