Civil servants are a link to realise Developed India 2047 goal: VP Radhakrishnan

Vice-President of India CP Radhakrishnan, while calling civil servants a vital link in translating the vision of Viksit Bharat (Developed India) 2047 into reality, appealed to India's civil servants to make “Seva bhav and Kartavya bodh (Servitude and Duty)” their guiding mantra to achieve the goals of a developed India.
