Danam to Move Apex Court

Earlier in the day, a Division Bench comprising Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice GM Mohiuddin ruled that Nagender stood disqualified as a member of the Telangana Legislative Assembly with effect from April 23, 2024, under Paragraph 2(1)(a) of the Tenth Schedule to the Constitution.
