DeLa Express Pivots Permian Natural Gas Pipeline to Texas, Targets 2030 Startup

DeLa Express has withdrawn its proposed 2 Bcf/d Permian Basin natural gas pipeline from federal review and is recasting the project as a Texas-only intrastate system targeted for 2030 startup.
