Delhi Assembly Speaker refers garbage management, stray cattle issues to Special Committee on MCD

Taking cognisance of civic concerns raised in the House, Delhi Legislative Assembly over garbage management and stray cattle on Delhi’s roads, Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta referred both matters to the Special Committee on MCD on Monday.
