ED Files Prosecution Complaint Against Sai Group Promoters In ₹43.73 Crore Redevelopment Fraud Case

The ED has filed a PMLA prosecution complaint against Sai Group promoters Jayesh, Deep and Vivek Tanna, alleging diversion of Rs 43.73 crore collected from homebuyers and investors for redevelopment projects in Andheri, Kandivali and Goregaon. The probe has also led to property attachments in Maharashtra and the UK.
