The Civil Services Coaching Centre was formally inaugurated by District Collector Ved Bhushan. The administration has arranged facilities including smart classrooms, internet access and a library to provide a conducive environment for the beneficiaries to pursue their civil services aspirations. Under the initiative, preparations have begun to provide free Civil Services coaching to 60 Anganwadi workers and students at the Baliguda Library. The programme has been launched for the first time in Baliguda as an initiative of the Kandhamal district administration.
