Fuel Tanker Explosion Kills 11, Injures 7 In Western Iran

A fuel tanker explosion in western Iran killed 11 people and injured seven others, state media reported. The tanker collided with vehicles before catching fire near a traffic police station close to Sanandaj on Saturday. IRNA said a faulty brake system caused the crash, with injured victims hospitalised. The incident revived concerns over Iran’s road safety record.
