Govt cannot keep super-specialist doctor bound to service for life without posting: Karnataka HC

A postgraduate government doctor who completed a super-speciality course under the in-service quota cannot be expected to remain bound to the government for the rest of his official career when no posting orders are issued, the Karnataka High Court has observed.
