Hi-Tech Flow Solutions has filed its DRHP for a Rs 300 crore IPO comprising a fresh issue and offer-for-sale. The company plans capacity expansion, debt repayment and corporate purposes, while targeting growing demand for HSAW pipes across infrastructure sectors.
