India To End Boarding Pass Stamping For International Flyers From September 1

International passengers departing from India will no longer need their boarding passes stamped at immigration counters from September 1. E-boarding passes on smartphones will be accepted, while physical passes will remain valid without stamping. A pilot project is also examining the removal of immigration stamps from Indian passports.
