ISI-linked spy ring probe: STF makes 4th arrest

Bengal STF arrested Zafar alias Sunny in Kolkata in an ISI-linked spying module, the fourth arrest in the case, for aiding Pakistani operative Rana Rouf’s entry and fake IDs.
