Manipur: Sadar Hills Congress urges new DC to address IDP, SIR, highway issues

The Sadar Hills District Congress Committee has urged Kangpokpi Deputy Commissioner Hemant Kumar to address IDP rehabilitation, voter revision, highway restrictions and border tensions.
