Motilal Oswal Announces Leadership Transitions

Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited (MOFSL) announced significant leadership changes following a Board of Directors meeting. Key appointments include Mr. Vishal Tulsyan as Whole-time Director, effective by January 31, 2027, for a five-year term. Mr. Padmanabh Sinha will take over as MD & CEO of the Alternates business from November 11, 2026. The company also noted the resignation of Mr. Ajay Menon as Whole-time Director and CEO of Wealth Management, effective by January 31, 2027. Mr. Suresh Shukla is appointed CEO of Wealth Management from November 04, 2026.
