Mumbai Mayor Ritu Tawade denied involvement in the alleged Rs 25-lakh publicity proposal on Thursday, claiming her signature on a related letter was fake. Tawade said the letter was never officially inwarded or outwarded from her office. She further alleged that BMC PRO Tanaji Kamble used her name to seek an extension for Run Time Solution, an agency already working with the civic body.
