NSN Cycling Team makes shocking Volta a Portugal decision after Finlay Tarling’s tragic death

The NSN Development Team withdrew from the Volta a Portugal race after a tragic incident. Young cyclist Finlay Tarling died following a collision during Stage 8 of the competition.
