SEBI finds Omaxe, promoter-linked entities breached MPS norms through 2013 OFS, imposes restraint and penalty

Sebi has barred Omaxe and five others from the securities market for up to a year and imposed Rs 1.92 crore in fines over an alleged arrangement to artificially meet minimum public shareholding requirements.
