Senior Odisha officer arrested for allegedly harassing, attacking woman employee

Bhubaneswar: The additional secretary of Odisha’s transport and commerce department, Arun Kumar Biswal, was arrested Friday for allegedly “sexually harassing and attempting to murder” a woman employee, police said.
