Tablespace technologies files draft papers with Sebi to raise funds through IPO

Tablespace Technologies has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to ₹800 crore and an OFS. The managed workspace provider plans to repay borrowings, pursue acquisitions and fund corporate needs.
