There is increased stir on Gorkhaland issue, special committee will be formed after Amit Shah's meeting

Political turmoil has once again intensified on the Gorkhaland issue. After Amit Shah's meeting with the hill leaders, it has been decided to form a special committee to solve the old problems of Darjeeling. The committee will convey the demands of the mountains to the centre. However, no clear announcement has been made yet on the separate state of Gorkhaland.
