Tiles & Bathware Maker Varmora Granito To Launch ₹708-Crore IPO On September 22; Price Band Fixed At ₹140-148

Tiles and bathware maker Varmora Granito will launch its Rs 708-crore IPO from September 22-24 at a price band of Rs 140-148 per share. The issue includes a Rs 320-crore fresh issue and Rs 388-crore OFS. Proceeds will help repay borrowings, while shares are proposed to list on BSE and NSE on September 29.
