US government loan to support Constellation uprates

US utility Constellation has secured a conditional loan commitment of up to USD5 billion from the Department of Energy's Office of Energy Dominance Financing towards uprates and modernisation projects across its nuclear power reactor fleet in Illinois, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
