'Victory procession' of murder accused as soon as he came out of jail, Supreme Court reprimanded; Said- surrender first

As soon as he came out of jail on bail, murder accused Vishal allegedly took out a victory procession with his supporters and was also accused of threatening witnesses. Expressing strong displeasure over the matter, the Supreme Court ordered the Haryana Police to arrest the accused and present him in the court. The court said – first surrender, then ask for bail.
