Wife-Husband POSH Case: Allahabad High Court Stays Action, Examines POSH Law in Marital Dispute

The Allahabad High Court has questioned whether marital discord between a husband and wife working in the same office can be brought under the POSH Act. Justice Pankaj Bhatia stayed disciplinary proceedings against the husband after his wife filed a workplace harassment complaint, saying the matter requires consideration as the dispute may arise essentially from marital discord.
