Reversal Area: $49–$32 This is the primary area where I will be watching for a potential bullish reaction on XAGUSD. 2. Liquidity Sweep First, I want to see price sweep the previous low / downside liquidity and enter the MFTC reversal area. 3. Daily I.R Confirmation The key confirmation will be a Daily Initial Reversal (I.R) after the sweep. If the Daily I.R forms and the market starts reclaiming the area, it can become the first indication that the bearish move is losing momentum. 4. Upside Reversal Scenario After confirmation, XAGUSD could potentially begin a larger upside reversal. The chart structure currently shows a prolonged decline, making the reaction from this deeper MFTC area particularly important. The MFTC Rule Do not buy simply because price reaches $49–$32. Wait for: Liquidity Sweep → MFTC Reversal Area → Daily I.R → Confirmation → Upside Entry If the sweep and Daily I.R confirmation appear, I will be watching for a potential bullish reversal toward the higher resistance areas marked on the chart.
