Air India Phuket-Delhi flight’s captain fails second drug test: Sources

Sources said the captain of the Air India Phuket-Delhi flight, which lost 300 feet in altitude within seconds, has failed a second, confirmatory drug test. At least 17 people on board were injured in the incident.
