BRICS Summit: New Delhi Municipal Council lights up 17 roundabouts, 11 hotels

The measures are aimed at creating a uniform visual appearance across key avenues and public spaces and projecting New Delhi as a world-class capital ahead of the arrival of international delegates for the summit.
