Complaint Filed Against Mumbai BJP Leader Haji Arafat Shaikh Over Alleged Terrace Encroachment In Kurla, Leader Denies Charges

A complaint has been filed with BMC’s L ward alleging Mumbai BJP leader Haji Arafat Shaikh illegally used and encroached on a Kurla building terrace. Shaikh denied the allegations, saying only a temporary canopy was installed to prevent water leakage. BMC said officials will inspect the site and take action if any unauthorised construction is found.
