Ganeshotsav 2026: Thane Police Warn Bhiwandi Mandals Of Arrest, DJ Equipment Seizure For Noise Violations

Thane Police have warned Bhiwandi Ganeshotsav mandals and DJ operators that violations of noise pollution norms could result in criminal cases, equipment seizure and arrest. Additional CP Ashok Dudhe urged organisers to follow High Court directions and applicable rules. The warning was issued ahead of the festival at a felicitation ceremony in Anjurphata.
