Indian Army Soldier Arrested For Strangling 7-Month Pregnant Wife, Tries To Pass Death As Accident

A 28-year-old Indian Army soldier, Dnyaneshwar Madne, was arrested in Maharashtra’s Washim for allegedly strangling his seven-month pregnant wife, Deepali, to death and portraying it as an accident. Police suspect foul play after doctors noticed neck injuries. Madne and his parents were booked for murder following a complaint by Deepali’s brother.
