Medical student dies by suicide in Surat govt college; 4 senior resident doctors suspended for ragging, show-cause notices to faculty members

A day after a postgraduate medical student died by suicide, the Government Medical College (GMC), Surat on Monday suspended four senior resident doctors for six months on charges of ragging and harassment and issued show-cause notices to four faculty members for failing to stop such an incident.
