MMRDA plans to complete rehabilitation of 100 eligible Garib Nagar slum dwellers in Bandra East by September, before removing remaining huts. The authority told the High Court that flat allotments were completed, but handovers depend on SRA occupancy certificates. Officials said 400 ineligible huts were removed in May following court directions for the area.
