SC Questions Noida Magistrate's Notice To Student After Quashing Of Protest FIRs

The Supreme Court questioned a Noida executive magistrate for issuing a notice to student Akshat Tripathi despite the court quashing FIRs linked to protests and restraining coercive action. The magistrate had sought a ₹5 lakh personal bond and two sureties. The notice was later withdrawn. The court said it would seek a response from the district magistrate.
