Technocraft Ventures IPO Subscribed 38.69 Times On Final Day, QIB Portion Booked 42.26 Times

Technocraft Ventures’ Rs 251.88 crore IPO was subscribed 38.69 times on the final day, with the QIB portion booked 42.26 times, non-institutional investors 65.06 times, and retail investors 25.35 times. The EPC company plans to use Rs 150 crore from the fresh issue for working capital requirements before its proposed listing on the BSE and NSE.
