Two, including accused who escaped from police custody, arrested in theft cases

Mangaluru: Police have arrested two men in separate theft cases, including a chain-snatching accused who allegedly escaped custody, and a suspect in a temple hundi theft. Police said both had multiple criminal cases registered against them.
