#କଏଦ ୀଙ୍କ_ମୃତ୍ୟୁ_ପରେ_ତାତିଲେ... ବିଚାରାଧୀନ କଏଦୀଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁକୁ ନେଇ ମାଲକାନଗିରି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟରେ ଉତ୍ତେଜନା । ମୃତଦେହ ରଖି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଫାଟକ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ପରିବାର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିବାଦ । ମୃତ କଏଦୀ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି କବିରାଜ ରାଉତ । ଗଞ୍ଜେଇ ମାମଲାରେ ପ୍ରାୟ ଚାରି ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ସେ ମାଲକାନଗିରି ଜେଲ୍ ରେ ବିଚାରାଧୀନ କଏଦୀ ଭାବେ ରହୁଥିଲେ । ଗତକାଲି ହଠାତ୍ ତାଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟାବସ୍ଥା ଖରାପ ହେବାରୁ ଜେଲ୍ କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟରେ ଭର୍ତ୍ତି କରିଥିଲେ । ସେଠାରେ ଡାକ୍ତର ତାଙ୍କୁ ମୃତ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଥିଲେ । ମୃତଦେହ ବ୍ୟବଚ୍ଛେଦ ପାଇଁ କୋରାପୁଟକୁ ପଠାଯିବା ନେଇ ପରିବାର ଲୋକ ଆପତ୍ତି ଉଠାଇଥିଲେ । ବ୍ୟବଚ୍ଛେଦ ଓ ମୃତ୍ୟୁର ପ୍ରକୃତ କାରଣ ନେଇ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟତା ଦାବି କରି ପରିବାର ଲୋକ ମୃତଦେହକୁ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଫାଟକ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ରଖି ପ୍ରତିବାଦ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ପୋଲିସ ପହଞ୍ଚି ପରିବାର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରି ବୁଝାସୁଝା କରିଥିଲା । ପରେ ମୃତଦେହକୁ ପରିବାର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଜିମାରେ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି। ତେବେ ନ୍ୟାୟ ଦାବିରେ ପରିବାର ଲୋକ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ ପରିସରରେ ପ୍ରତିବାଦ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏନେଇ ପୋଲିସ କିମ୍ବା ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା ମିଳିନାହିଁ । #Malkangiri #UndertrialPrisoner #PrisonerDeath #HospitalProtest #MalkangiriJail #OdishaNews #JusticeDemand #OdishaCrime #OdishaTV #OTV Tension erupted at Malkangiri District Headquarters Hospital following the death of an undertrial prisoner, Kabiraj Rout. He had been lodged in Malkangiri Jail as an undertrial prisoner for nearly four years in connection with a ganja case. After his health condition suddenly deteriorated yesterday, jail authorities admitted him to the district hospital, where doctors declared him dead. His family objected to the body being sent to Koraput for post-mortem and demanded clarity on the post-mortem process and the actual cause of death. The family staged a protest by keeping the body in front of the hospital’s main gate. Police reached the spot and held discussions with the family. The body was later reportedly handed over to the family. The family, however, continued protesting on the hospital premises demanding justice. No reaction has been received from the police or hospital authorities in this regard.
