Vance stands at ground zero alongside son of NYC firefighter slain on 9/11

Vice President J.D. Vance stood Friday with Matthew Palazzo, son of a New York City firefighter killed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks, at the ground zero memorial service honoring the victims, a person familiar with Mr. Vance's plans confirmed to The Washington Times.
