EPFO launches WhatsApp services, auto settlement

Union Labour and Employment Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Sunday launched the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation's (EPFO) WhatsApp service, enabling subscribers to access their provident fund balance, latest five transactions and passbook information through the messaging platform.
